How to Set Up Company Branding and Business Details in Your CRM

Company branding and business details live in one place: Team → Settings → Company. It covers your identity fields (name, logo, address, contact details), operational fields (currency, timezone, language), and — if your plan includes the content module — default SEO metadata for pages your team publishes through the CRM.

Identity fields

  • Company name — required. Used wherever the CRM needs to refer to your business by name in its own interface.
  • Logo URL — a direct link to your logo image, used in places the CRM displays your branding. Upload the image to your Media Library first if you don't already have it hosted somewhere with a stable URL.
  • Address, Phone, Email — your business contact details, shown wherever the CRM surfaces "contact this business" information.

Operational fields — these change real behaviour, not just display

  • Currency — a 3-letter code (INR, USD, etc.). This isn't cosmetic: it's what formats monetary values throughout the CRM, including deal values on leads and default conversion values sent to Google Ads and Meta if you haven't set a currency specifically on a conversion action.
  • Timezone — governs how dates and times are displayed and interpreted across the CRM: task due dates, activity timestamps, "today" in dashboards like My Day. Set this correctly before relying on any time-based feature — a wrong timezone means overdue-task reminders fire at the wrong local time for your team.
  • Language — the default interface language for your account.

Default SEO fields — only relevant if you use the content module

If your plan includes CMS pages and blog (Content module), four fields here set the fallback SEO behaviour for anything your team publishes without overriding it individually:

  • Default meta title suffix — appended to every page's title unless that page sets its own.
  • Default meta description — the fallback shown in search results for pages that don't set their own.
  • Default OG image — the fallback image used when a page is shared on social media and hasn't set its own.
  • robots.txt — lets you customise what search engine crawlers can access on your published content, if the defaults don't fit your situation.

If you don't use the content module, these four fields have nothing to affect yet — safe to leave blank.

What this screen is not: it doesn't control your billing invoices from Claudphic Ads itself — those use Claudphic's own business details, since they're receipts for your subscription payment, not documents your business issues to your own customers. If you're looking for your payment history and receipts, that's under Team → Billing instead; see upgrading, downgrading or cancelling your plan.

Want this running without spreadsheet exports?
