Offline conversion tracking that runs itself
Most businesses never tell Google Ads or Meta what happened after the click, because doing it by hand means exporting spreadsheets every week. Claudphic captures each lead with its gclid or fbclid attached, and uploads the conversion automatically the moment you mark that lead Won. Everything below exists to answer one question: which of your ads are actually making you money?
Leads land in your CRM, not someone’s inbox
Right now your landing page form probably emails you, or writes to a Google Sheet, or posts into a WhatsApp group. All three lose leads. Emails get buried, sheets get stale, and WhatsApp has no concept of “did anyone follow up on this?”
Paste one script tag on your page and every submission goes straight into a real pipeline the moment someone hits Submit. Your form keeps its own design and its own fields — we do not touch your HTML, restyle anything, or force you to rebuild your page in some drag-and-drop builder.
No server. No backend. No developer. Your landing page can be a static HTML file on the cheapest hosting available and this still works perfectly.
Works with anything
WordPress, Webflow, Wix, Shopify, React, or hand-written HTML. If you can add a script tag, you are done.
Send any field you like
Name, email, phone, budget, city, project type — whatever your form asks. Nothing gets silently dropped.
Locked to your domain
Each script only works on the domain (and optionally the exact page) you registered, so nobody can borrow it.
Click IDs captured automatically
gclid, gbraid, wbraid and fbclid are read off the visitor’s URL and stored with the lead. This is what makes conversion reporting possible later.
Every UTM value, kept
Source, medium, campaign, term and content — so you can slice performance by campaign or by keyword without guessing.
Every lead remembers where it came from
“Where did this lead come from?” is the most expensive question in marketing, because nobody can answer it honestly. People say “Google, I think” and you make a ₹2 lakh budget decision on a guess.
Claudphic attaches the full attribution trail to every single lead, automatically, with no extra work from you or your visitor. Open any lead and you can see the exact campaign, keyword and click that produced it.
That trail is not just for reporting. It is the key that lets us tell Google and Meta what happened to that specific click months later.
A pipeline your team will actually use
Most CRMs fail for the same reason: they ask salespeople to fill in twelve fields before they can log a call. So nobody logs anything, the data rots, and everyone goes back to WhatsApp.
Ours is a drag-and-drop board. Move a card from Contacted to Qualified. Assign it to someone. Set a follow-up for Tuesday. That is the whole workflow, and it takes seconds.
Stages are yours to rename. If your business goes Enquiry → Site Visit → Token → Booking, make it say exactly that.
Assign & never lose track
Every lead has an owner, a next action, and a full history of who did what and when. No more “I thought you were calling them.”
Duplicate detection built in
The same person enquiring twice gets flagged automatically instead of being called by two different people on the same day.
Lead scoring
Leads are scored on how complete and how commercially serious they look, so your team starts with the ones most likely to close.
Tell Google and Meta what actually happened
This is the feature that changes your ad performance, and it is the reason this product exists. Everything above is table stakes; this is the difference.
Google Ads and Meta both optimise toward whatever you tell them is a conversion. Almost every small business tells them “a form was submitted” — so that is what they go and find more of. More forms. Not more customers.
Both platforms support a much better signal: offline conversions. You send back the original click ID with what really happened — this click became a ₹80,000 customer. The problem is that using it normally requires a developer, an API integration and ongoing maintenance, which is exactly why most businesses never do it.
In Claudphic it is a setting. Connect your Google Ads or Meta account, choose which pipeline stage counts as a conversion, and you are done. From then on, every time a lead reaches that stage, the conversion is reported back automatically with its original click ID attached.
Give it a few weeks and the platforms start showing your ads to people who resemble your actual buyers rather than your most enthusiastic form-fillers. Same budget, better customers.
You choose the trigger
Map any stage to any conversion action. Report on Qualified if you want early signal, or only on Won if you want pure revenue optimisation.
Retries when things fail
If an ad platform is temporarily unreachable, the conversion is queued and retried automatically with backoff. Nothing is quietly lost.
Full audit trail
Every conversion attempt is logged with its request, response and status, so you can prove exactly what was sent and when.
Some of your ad budget is being spent on software
Not every click is a person. Bots, scrapers and click farms hit ad campaigns every day, and the money is gone before you ever see them. Independent measurements of invalid traffic vary a lot by platform and industry — published estimates generally land somewhere between 8% and 20% of paid clicks — but every campaign gets some. Here is exactly what happens to it, and exactly what we do.
1. Junk never becomes a lead
What it does: we put an invisible trap field on your form that only software fills in, time how long the form took (no human reads and fills a form in under a second), and recognise the tools bots are built with. Anything that fails is rejected before it ever becomes a lead.
Your visitors see nothing. No CAPTCHA, no "select all the traffic lights", no extra step. The checks happen silently in the background, so you lose no real conversions to friction.
Without it: your sales team calls numbers that ring out, emails addresses that bounce, and works a pipeline where they can’t tell the real leads from the fake ones. Every junk row costs you the minutes someone spends finding out it was junk.
2. Every lead scored, in plain English
What it does: the leads that do get through are scored out of 100 on how genuine the traffic looks. Did it come from a home or mobile connection, or from a server in a data centre? Did the person move the mouse or touch the screen before submitting? Does the ad click ID match what Google actually issues, or was it made up?
You see the reasons, not a mystery number. Every point is written in plain English, so you can overrule it. You’re the one who knows your biggest client’s whole office sits behind one internet connection.
Without it: every lead looks identical in your CRM. You find out which ones were fake by wasting a week calling them — and you never find out which campaign sent them, so you keep paying for more.
3. Stop paying for the same source twice
What it does: when the same address keeps sending junk and has never once turned into a customer, we can add it to your Google Ads account’s block list. It stops being shown your ads. It stops costing you.
You stay in control. We show you the evidence and you approve each one, or let it handle only the most obvious cases on its own — your choice, set per landing page. Anything applied can be undone in one click, and every action is logged with who did it and when.
Without it: the same click farm hits you again tomorrow, and next week, and next month. You pay for every single visit, forever, because nothing ever tells Google to stop sending them.
The part that actually costs you the most
Here is what most people running ads have never been told. Google and Meta learn from the conversions you report back to them. That is the whole point of sending conversion data — you are teaching the algorithm what a good customer looks like so it can go and find more of them.
So what happens when a fake lead gets marked as a conversion and uploaded? You have just told Google that a bot is your ideal customer. It will obediently go and find you more traffic exactly like it. Your cost per lead looks fine. Your lead volume looks fine. Your actual sales quietly fall, month after month, and the campaign gets worse the longer it runs — because it is optimising perfectly toward the wrong target.
This is why traffic quality is not a spam filter bolted onto a CRM. In a system whose entire job is closing the loop between an ad click and a paying customer, feeding that loop bad data doesn’t just waste today’s budget — it corrupts every rupee you spend after it.
And what this honestly cannot do
No tool can refund a click you have already paid for — ours included. The moment someone clicks your ad, Google or Meta has charged you, and nothing that happens on your landing page afterwards reverses that. What this does is stop the same sources costing you again, keep your sales team working real leads, and keep the data you feed back to the ad platforms clean. Anyone promising to recover spend that has already been charged is describing something that does not exist.
Blocking and scoring are included on Growth and Scale. Google Ads exclusions are on Scale. Compare plans →
