If you run an agency, consult on paid ads, or simply know businesses that need this, the affiliate program pays you a share of what your referrals spend — not once, but on every payment they make for as long as they stay.
How it works
- Apply at /affiliate/apply. It is a short form and a real person reads it.
- Get approved and receive your referral link plus a dashboard reachable by a private URL — no extra login to remember.
- Share the link. Anyone who signs up after clicking it is attributed to you.
- Earn on every payment they make, at the standard rate of 30%.
How attribution actually works
A click on your link records the referral, and it stays with that visitor. If they sign up two weeks later, the referral still counts — people rarely evaluate a CRM in one sitting.
Two limits worth stating plainly, because every referral system has them and most do not say so:
- Attribution lives in the visitor's browser. Someone who clicks your link on a phone and signs up on a laptop will not be attributed, and no referral system built this way can solve that.
- If someone clicks another affiliate's link after yours and then signs up, the more recent click wins.
When commission is earned
A commission is created when a referral makes a successful payment, not when they sign up. A free trial that never converts earns nothing, which is the honest arrangement — nobody has been paid at that point.
The rate is snapshotted onto each commission when it is created, so a rate change later never retroactively alters what you have already earned.
Refunds and cancellations. Commission follows real revenue. If a referral is refunded within the refund window, the commission on that payment does not stand — you are not paid on money the business did not keep. Ongoing commission simply stops when they stop paying; there is no clawback of what you have already been paid.
Getting paid
Your dashboard shows referrals, commissions earned, and what has been paid. Payouts are processed manually against that record, which means a real person checks it rather than an automated transfer firing on a schedule.
Bookmark the dashboard URL when you receive it. It is your access — treat it like a password, and do not post it anywhere public.
What works, and what does not
This product sells to businesses spending real money on Google and Meta ads who cannot currently tell which of those ads produce customers. That is a specific problem, and referrals from people who recognise it convert well.
Broad link-dropping does not. Neither does positioning it as a general CRM — against Zoho on features and price that is a losing argument, and a referral who signs up expecting a general-purpose CRM tends to cancel, which pays you for one month and costs you a relationship.
The pitch that works is narrow: it tells you which ad made you money.
